Telecommunications
ASA represents the largest telecommunications providers in New York State, serving approximately 1,400 communities and employing more than 20,000 New Yorkers, on legislative, regulatory and agency matters. The telecommunications landscape is dynamic and ever-changing and requires a deep grasp on the complex issues that touch almost every layer of State Government. In addition, ASA helped shepherd the regulatory approval of both the Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable, as well as the Altice and Cablevision mergers through the Public Service Commission.
