Most recently, ASA had the pleasure to represent the Centene in their acquisition of FidelisCare, at the time the largest healthcare transaction in state history, and the subsequent state approval for the Centene acquisition of WellCare. On behalf of Westchester Center Medical Health Network, ASA was proud to secure tens of millions of dollars in funding to transform the Health Alliance hospital system in Kingston, ensuring that residents of the Hudson Valley will have access to top quality care where they need it the most.
