The authorization of Class III casinos, coupled with the recent decision by the United States Supreme Court in relation to sports betting, has opened a new, diverse and complex market that already had nine successful video lottery facilities. As New York State continues to review the potential issuance of three additional Class III licenses, and the potential of on-line sports betting, ASA has successfully navigated both complex regulatory and legislative issues on behalf of gaming operators.
