"Biden and Gov. Cuomo are set to appear before the Association for a Better New York Monday to make what is dubbed as an infrastructure announcement. Sources tell the Daily News it will focus on the rebuilding of LaGuardia’s central terminal building. It’s expected Cuomo will announce the winner of a design competition."
