7.15.16 - Port Authority reaches handshake deal with Delta on LaGuardia rehab
"The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and Delta Air Lines have shaken hands on a deal to build a new Delta terminal at LaGuardia Airport, according to a Port Authority official."
"In a statement Friday evening, Elizabeth Wolf, a spokeswoman for Delta, said Cuomo "has laid out a comprehensive vision for a 21st century LaGuardia Airport, and Delta looks forward to taking the next steps in our plans to redevelop Terminals C and D."
