"A top Empire Resorts official told Sullivan County legislators they are getting a jump on prepping for their Montreign Casino, the only full gaming facility that will go up, for now, in the Catskills and Hudson Valley region. Executive Vice President Charles Degliomini made one point repeatedly during his 15-minute presentation Thursday during the County Legislature Community and Economic Development Committee meeting. “We’re not just going to talk the talk; we’re going to walk the walk and try to make sure that this county is presented every opportunity to be advantaged by this,” Degliomini said, emphasizing that means a full commitment to local hiring for construction and employment once the casino is up and running."
