"As crews work to finish clearing land and tearing down old buildings, another project is starting on the Adelaar site.
“Most of the land has been cleared, a lot of the grubbing has been done, and the tree work has been done," said Charles Degliomini, of Empire Resorts Executive Vice President. “So $40 million worth of infrastructure has already begun on the job site. It is being conducted by our partners, EPR Properties, who are putting in all the water, power and sewer, for our resort casino hotel.”
