'Delta Air Lines, Inc., which over the past year has been attempting to sell off majority interests in several non-core businesses, will combine its Delta Private Jets unit with Wheels Up, a fast-growing, privately held company based in New York City.'
'In a press release issued by Delta, it said, until the deal closes, “Delta Private Jets and Wheels Up will continue to serve and communicate with their existing employees, customers, members, partners and vendors in the same manner in which they do today.”'
