09.02.2025 UAlbany ranked one of New York State’s top colleges by Washington Monthly
ALBANY – The University at Albany continues to be recognized as one of New York State’s top colleges, renowned for its contributions to the public good according to Washington Monthly’s annual College Guide and Rankings. UAlbany was ranked first among SUNY campuses, No. 7 among New York State institutions, and No. 78 nationwide.
Washington Monthly reviewed more than 1,400 colleges and universities nationwide and UAlbany earned top marks in four areas: access, affordability, outcomes and service.
