A Midtown skyscraper that hedge-fund mogul Ken Griffin agreed to proceed with last week could command the second-highest rents of any New York office tower when completed, an analyst has said.
The 1.9 million-square-foot tower at 350 Park Ave. may achieve rents at or above $326 per square foot, Bank of Montreal real estate analyst John Kim said in a client report published Sunday. If achieved, those rents would be the highest of any Manhattan building except nearby 9 W. 57th St.
