06.15.18 - New York AG approves Centene’s nearly $4 billion purchase of Fidelis
"Centene Corp. can proceed with its $3.75 billion purchase of Fidelis Care after gaining all the necessary regulatory approvals. The New York Attorney General approved the transaction, Centene said Thursday afternoon. The deal is expected to close on July 1."
"'We have been hard at work planning for the seamless integration of Fidelis Care and its members into the Centene network,' Centene's chairman and CEO Michael Neidorff said in a statement."
