Altana AI, an artificial intelligence platform for supply chain management, is one of two tenants that have signed full-floor leases at a Vornado Realty Trust office tower in Manhattan.
Altana AI is relocating from its roughly 20,000-square-foot office at 25 Kent Ave. in Williamsburg to a space more than triple the size at Penn 2. The tech company will occupy an approximately 62,300-square-foot space that spans the entire 21st floor of the 31-story office tower formerly known as 2 Penn Plaza. It will be the company’s new headquarters.
