05.20.2026 Amtrak picks Halmar as master developer of Penn Station overhaul
The Trump administration on Wednesday announced Halmar as the winner of the scramble to redevelop Penn Station, a major step in the decades-long effort to overhaul the nation's busiest train station.
Halmar, also known as ASTM, was widely expected to win the bid and will become the project's master developer.
