"Foie gras, the delicacy made of fatty duck liver that was banned in California, may be back on menus soon. A U.S. District Court judge ruled Wednesday that the California law prohibiting restaurants from serving the meat went too far and encroached upon the domain of federal law, according to the lobby advocating for the delicacy."
